Andrea and I took the kids to Maymont Park yesterday. The weather was decent, a little windy though. We saw animals and had lunch in the Japanese garden by the coi fish pond, and even took a side trip to feed the geese at Byrd Park. The kids were lucky enough to get to see two newborn sets of goats, and a hawk up close and personal, thanks to some park employees. I think John's favorite part was feeding the goats! We had a great time, and it was such a blessing to watch Andrea and the kids together. Today we are planning to take Kylie to get her ears pierced! She's been holding onto her birthday money, so she could do it when Aunt Andrea was here. We're hoping to finally hear from Lori in Oregon today or tomorrow. Please keep praying!
