All I want For Christmas is.........My Two Front Teeth!
Kylie lost her other front tooth on Wednesday. And since the other one hasn't come in yet, she has a big hole just in time for Christmas! Here's a picture I took of her yesterday. Too cute!

Snow Flurries!
We had our first snow of the winter today!! It didn't last too long, and of course didn't even stick, but the kids got bundled up and played in it while they could. Needless to say, school work went out the window! Here's some pictures and videos from the past few days, as well as the video of our snow today. the kids are all growing so fast, especially Luke. He now weighs over 15 pounds, and is I had to buy him new PJ's in a size 6-9 months! We are looking forward to our Thanksgiving holiday in Tennessee, and are counting down the days till we leave. Enjoy! Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty for reminding me that it's better when He is in control.

Don't Miss This!
Clair'dawn sent me this video via email and I just had to share it. What an amazing picture of God's unconditional love and grace! I am so thankful that God loved the mess that I had become and has transformed me into His child!

Luke is Almost Three Months Old Already!
Here's a few pictures I took of Luke yesterday. Enjoy! Also, Luke has an umbilical hernia that we thought he may have to have surgery for, but I took him back to the doctor this morning, and it looks like it probably will close up on its own. Yeah! We are thanking God for this good report!

Caitlyn's Goodwill Boots
Caitlyn and I went to Goodwill to drop off some donations on Saturday, and decided to take a look inside. I don't go to thrift store shopping hardly ever. Not because I think there's anything wrong with it (on the contrary), but because I barely have time to go grocery shopping, let alone shopping for fun. Anyway, Caitlyn found this great pair of hot pink rain boots for only $3! I definitely need to make time in the near future for some more thrift store shopping! Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty for a good deal!

John David Sings...Or Maybe Not
Last night was John David's first experience singing in Junior Choir. As you can see from the video, he didn't sing a single word! Maybe it's because we're seasoned parents now, but Jeremy and I both thought it was funny. I could see us getting stressed about it a few years ago, but we're a little more relaxed parents now, I guess. Anyway, after we got home, I took the second video of his explanation of why he wasn't singing. Too funny!

Kylie is Reading!
Yes, it's true! Kylie is reading! Yeah, Kylie!! She has been reading two and three letter words (some four) for a few weeks now, but today she read three little beginner reader books. Yes, they are only a few pages long, but she was sooooo proud of herself. Here's a video of Kylie reading two of her little books. Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty for the opportunity to teach my little girl how to read! What a joy!

The Sleep Teaser
Okay, so this sleeping through the night thing is not happening as quickly as I would like, but at least we're getting somewhere. Luke is sleeping 6 to 8 hours every couple nights, but the nights in between he is up at least twice. Part of the problem is that when he gets up to eat, he konks out after only nursing just enough to get rid of the hunger pains. If I could get him to stay awake long enough to nurse completely, I might be able to get a little more sleep. All is good though! I am enjoying my couple nights of good sleep a week. :)

Update on the Mole
Just a quick note to let everyone know that we heard from Kylie's dermatologist yesterday. It looks like the mole is a hemangioma (sp?), a type of birthmark. The doctor said it was a collection of lymph and blood vessels, and that it may get larger, and more of the spots may appear in the same area. Good news is that it doesn't have to be removed, and the dermatologist just wants to keep an eye on it long term. Yeah!! Kylie's biopsy site is healing well, and hopefully will not scar badly. It's still a little tender, but she was very happy to hear that it doesn't have to be removed. She returns to the dermatologist right before Thanksgiving for a followup, and the doctor wants to take a look at her eczema too. Thank you to all who prayed!!

Pumpkin Carving
Jeremy came home form work last Friday with three pumpkins! Yes, I know, it was a little last minute, but we got it done before Halloween was over. The kids were very excited till they realized that they had to scoop all the insides out themselves. Caitlyn's face says it all! The girls carved theirs themselves, although John David needed a little help. When Jeremy told them to draw the face first before they cut it out, John drew a smiley face! :) It was too cute! Enjoy the pictures! Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty who for now has blessed us with these.

Pray for the Averys
My friend Jackie's father passed away Halloween night after a long fight in the hospital over the past few months. The memorial service is today, and I am asking that you please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers today. We love you Jackie, Roger, Savvy, and Derrick!

Halloween Pics
As you all know Halloween is Jeremy's birthday, and the day of our church Fall Festival. It was a busy day, but we fit everything in. The kids' costumes, Jeremy birthday dinner, the FAll Festival, baking Halloween goodies, and even carving pumpkins (I'll post those pics tomorrow). Be sure and check out the video of Caitlyn being a mime! Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty for his abounding grace.
