Home Depot Workshop

This past Saturday the kids attended the Free Kids Workshop at Home Depot. The first Saturday of every month Home Depot has a FREE kids workshop where they build a wood project all by themselves. This last Saturday they made a window birdhouse. It was so neat! One side of the birdhouse is made from plexiglass so that when you suction cup it to the window you can see inside. We out all three birdhouses on our big windows in the school room. We're hoping to see some birdies soon. The kids also each got their very own orange Home Depot apron, a certificate, a snack, and a pin for completing their project. they had a great time, and you can bet we're going back next month. I found out that Lowes also does kids workshops on the second and fourth Saturdays. We might have to check that out too! Love you all, and thank you to God Almighty for FREE fun!
